1. What Should I Do If The Product Is Not Received /Is Damaged/ Has Quality Issues / Is The Wrong Product?

2. What Happens If I Have Ordered The Wrong Product?
If you ordered the wrong product, please call/WhatsApp us immediately at 9989562929, (working hours: 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Friday), and provide us with the following details – Account Name & Invoice Number.
If the order has not been couriered, we can hold your order and issue a refund.
If the order has already been couriered, we are sorry to inform you that we do not do any returns after delivery.
RETURN / REFUND
You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection/delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer care service +91 9989562929 or write us to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately within a day; otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
If you discover any defect or damage inside the packaging after the delivery process, please send us an email to email@example.com, with a valid photocopy/receipt for us to assist you. We will process new product resend or refund within 15-30 days vary based on the respective cases.
Exchange of the product or refund for the product can be arranged for the following reasons:
If the product is obviously expired/damaged at the time of delivery.
If the product is expired/damaged inside packaging after delivery; and you contact customer service within 7 days.
If the product ordered is different from the item delivered.
We will inspect the returned product upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in the above paragraph is fulfilled, you are entitled to choose between an exchange of the product if the product is available in our stock, or for a refund to be made, after 30 days from the approved return date. The company has all the rights to accept/reject the return request.
Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering.
